A new condo in Crown Heights—billing itself as the neighborhood’s first so-called “luxury condo”—has now launched sales at 111 Montgomery Street. The 12-story residential building is co-developed by CIM Group and LIVWRK, who are also behind Front and York and the Panorama office complex in Dumbo, with Fischer + Makooi as the architect of record.

The 163 condo apartments—including studio to three-bedroom units, some with balconies and private terraces—start at $550,000. The development sits right in front of Prospect Park and has views of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.
